Silly Creditor Preventing Repayments

This is the second time I am sending an email to express that I would like to start making my debt payments for which I am blacklisted as I am starting my first job this month AFTER BEING A FULL TIME STUDENT FOR FOUR CONSECUTIVE YEARS.<br> <br> May I please get a full detailed and up to date statement of my student loan (this is my right as a consumer) and a person to liaise with to make payment arrangements.<br> <br> I haven't been able to reach Nonkululeko on the phone either, I find it very unsettling that it is difficult to communicate with the right people at the bank and get full and clear information while interest accumulates in my name.
