Silent treatment, std Bank
Dear standard bank. Its me again. I am writing to you for the 4th time. The 3rd time I wrote to you here on hello Peter, I suggested a plan or gave a solution to my problem. You asked me to open an account with you which I did so I can access extra funds on my homeloan account. Then afterwards I am told that I have to have a debit order hence you are unable to activate it.
I asked you, can I advise SA PROPERTIES who are currently renting out my apartment in my behalf to not pay funds received from my tenant into my homeloan acc, but rather the the one you advised me to open, then I arrange a debit order with you? Will you then grant me access to my extra money?
Can you please give me feedback?? Or else can I go to your branch and close that account?
