Signed and approved loan but NO MONEY!!!

I app**** for a loan on my existing revolving loan account with Standard Bank on 9 May 2015. It was approved ,signed the paperwork and left. I was informed infront of my partner it will be done yesterday (11 May) or Tuesday (12 May) the latest. Today is Tuesday the 12 May and I haven't received the loan. I was told cut off time for loans is 10h30am and it will be made for instant clearance to my Nedbank account. I phoned call center today to be informed there is no application for the new loan and they will mail the branch to find out what is happening. I'm really concerned by what we were told on Saturday and what i have been told today by call center. Did my partner and I waste our day at Standard Bank. Please assist me -this was urgent!!
