Sign off for release of Title deed
Paid off amount owed to Standard bank so that they can release the title deed to a property and someone named Lerato Mathibe has to sign off on the release of the title deed but the phone number we have for her just rings and rings and she does not respond to emails. I want to escalate the matter but need to know who to escalate it to.
