sick of this bank

OK so firstly let me stress that I'm busy recovering from an operation so this is the least stress I deserve. This bank is forever looking for any reason to take cash from my a account. Complaining has become a monthly routine for me. I get 3 free cash deposits a month pls explain how I get charged for doing just one. I want my account reversed with this charge and I expect a gesture of goodwill from u guys. I'm sick of having to do this every month. If I get a call today or at least feedback I will be extremely shocked. I already sent an email an online complaint and a Facebook one with hello peter been my last resort.
