SICK OF HONOURING FEE CHARGE

you people keep on charging a person an honouring fee which no other banks charge and this fee gets charged because the merchant decides to bank the money a few days later so how is this fee being charged to customers.i want these reversed or ombudman is your name and no other bank has this charge only standard bank
