Sick and tired of this stupid useless bank

<p>I posted a complaint last week and til today it hasnt been resolved, last week Friday someone called from Mall of africa and they said they ll get back to me the same day, which never happened. Yesterday I called Zeenath who also promised to call me but she never did. I called today AGAIN and was told a manager from the complaints dpt ll call me. Advice called me, i dont know whether he is a manager and i told him im sick and tired of this complaint not being resolved. I asked him to get a manager to call me and he tells me he ll try to get a manager to call me. im sick and tired of this ******* and I wonder why im still with this bank after 10 damn good years!!!!</p>
