sick and tired of Standard Bank

I don't know how come standard banks that serve a majority of African clients have such horrible service standards. Both the Wonder park and the Denlyn (mamelodi crossing) are THE WORST. My fiance and I app**** for a copy of a deposit slip on the 06/02/2015 and we haven't gotten a call about the progress. We contacted the call centre and all they could tell us was that the request was logged, so we had to come all the way here today. Now we have to stand in a long line to the help desk because the person who assisted us \Esther"is not here...which does not make any sense to me. One more issue with standard bank and i am moving my prestige account to FNB"
