Shyft Forex - Unreliable and Unsecure App

I am a new user of Shyft Forex app of Standard bank and found it unreliable and with compromised security. The app keeps on disconnecting short after one is logged in and actively working. I informed the support team, but nothing has changed. It turns out that the app is weak on security. Once installed on the devise, one can easily log in with just a password. Email address is easy to be known. No OTP needed to activate on a new device. No OTP require when registering a recipient. I communicated with staff for resolving a simple issue about incorrect address details. They came up with ridiculous replies and so far struggling to fix it. I am strongly suggesting that Standard bank give an opportunity to customers to log in with unique user name (not an email address), card PIN and a password.
