'Shyft' foreign exchange does nothing but shift the blame

<p>What was supposed to be a quick and easy way of transferring foreign exchange has turned into a nightmare. The so called live online help desk seems moribund with staff failing to run with the problem. I confess I must have done something wrong for the system to malfunction. All I need is for someone to tell me where I went wrong and help me to get back on track.</p> <p>Very disappointed.</p> <p>DAVEK68</p>
