Shyft App - Extremely Bad Service

<p>I was excited to read about the Shyft App being advertised all over the media, so I app**** for a bank account in order to use the App. Once I had sent my documentation to Suhail, he came back to me to say that the account had been approved. He asked me to go to a branch with my ID and proof of address. When I went to the Clearwater branch, no-one had heard of the Shyft App, and didn't know how to deal with me. Finally they accepted my ID and proof of address, but said that they weren't sure why I had been asked to come in as they found these on the system. I then mentioned that I had been told they would issue me with a bank card, so the lady issued me with a debit card. I then went home and tried to link up my new account with the Shyft App, but quickly realised that no-one had given me a bank account number. I emailed Suhail and asked him what my bank account number is. Suhail emailed me back and gave me my bank account number. I then completed the process on the Shyft App. I then went to my Absa bank account, and transferred R10,000 to my new Standard Bank account. When I checked the App nearly a week later, it showed a R0 balance. I then used the Conversations/Help on the App and asked why my balance is reflecting as R0. Tumelo rep**** and asked me to send through proof of payment into the App. I emailed him the proof of payment. He then emailed me and told me that the bank account I transferred to is the incorrect bank account!!!! He gave me a completely different bank account number. I have now been trying to phone someone in the Shyft or Forex department for the past 20 minutes and have been put through from one department to the next, and no-one seems to know anything about Shyft. I am still holding and gettting angrier and more frustrated by the minute. I am extremely tempted to go viral with this on how shockingly badly the service has been on this App. Please get someone senior to contact me urgently to resolve this as I leave for overseas early next week.
