SHUMEEZ CAMBELL EXCELLENT SERVICE.

I know that most of the time this platform is used to voice concerns and complaints ,but this review is nothing like that, this is more to focus on the positive service I have received today at Standard bank in Cleary park shopping centre. The consultant that helped me from beginning to end under unusual circumstances, Shumeez Campbell,this lady has shown the utmost respect and handled the matter with immense professionalism, she made me feel seen and heard and didn't not even once advise me to call customer care or say "I don't know" she is an asset to the company and really deserve a raise, or atleast a bonus bonus, she never made me feel as if I was a bother despite the heavy anxiety I was experiencing as I have mentioned under unusual circumstances. Thank you so much Shumeez,I really hope this review is seen by management .
