Shortfall doesn't exist
I have owned 2 vehicles financed by said bank for 13 months. I've been consistent with payment and have never missed a single month. Recently I've been recieving calls from debt collectors saying I'm behind with my payments. I called standard bank yesterday and they say August payment wasn't received. To my knowledge this is not correct and I have my bank statement to prove it. As the payment for this month went off this morning, I was concerned about collectors. Ive just received SMS saying this month's payment was less than required 😡😤. Standard bank get you house in order
