Shockingly Awesome Service!
Am actually very shocked by the excellent service I'm receiving from Standard Bank recently. From my branch Mall of the South and now recently their call centre on ***. I needed to unlock a hold on my credit card. I was assisted by Khumo. She was so friendly, efficient and even called me back when I ran out of airtime! That's an absolute #WIN for a South African Call Centre! It's unheard of! Keep it up hleng bathong Khumo.
