SHOCKING TAKING BANK CHARGES ON DORMANT ACCOUNTS

I opened a STD account for my son 21 years ago and due to STD excessive charges he moved to FNB. He closed his STD bank account 2 years ago but as a youngster never got proof of same. This account is linked to my internet banking profile so i always used to pay these bank charges but then decided it is ********* of STD to take bank charges on a dormant account. 21 rand every month. And today tried to take annual fees of 171.00 which then RD as THE ACCOUNT IS NOT IN USE AND THEN CHARGED 61 rand for their ANNUAL CHARGES THAT WERE NOT HONOURED. I have told my son to take this further
