Shocking Service - Stellenbosch Standard Bank Branch (Below Myspace)

I frequently make deposits at the Standard Bank branch in Stellenbosch. Today marked the third time I was told they couldn't process business deposits because the one staff member qualified to handle deposits (including the manager?) was on lunch. Have you ever heard of a bank turning away a customer for an hour due to poor staff management or insufficient training? This is one of your core services. To make matters worse, there were at least six other staff members without any customers at the time. Avoid the Stellenbosch branch—their service is appalling.
