SHOCKING SERVICE (***/***)

At the moment the way that I'm feeling if it was possible I would be switching over to FNB right now. Besides the not so good service that we get from SBSA Alexandra them you have to deal with people like Carmen (call center complaints department).Last week I got ****** at gun point outside my mom's house. The guy took my handbag and laptop bag. In my handbag I had (phone/ID/purse and access cards). I had to rush to home affairs to atleast get a temp ID as I had to close my accounts and sort out my bank cards. SBSA Alexandra by far has the worst service ever. I dealt with a lady by the name of Jabu who told me that I had to have a slip that shows that I have app**** for my ID??? How could I when I JUST GOT ****** AND THEY TOOK MY STUFF. I asked her what can she do for me and she said nothing and continued to look at her PC paying no attention to me. I called the call center and advised what do I need to do in the meantime and they advised that I should go back as they could help me.. Why do we go through security checks then SBSA every time we call in?? Can Jabu not have done that when I was in the bank?? I had with me my temp ID copy with me at that point???
