Shocking service recieved as a Private client
I recently took out a home loan with Std bank. I have been waiting for the debit to go of but never did, not I am being charged interest!! What is this nonsense! I have been trying to contact my private banker and the private banker support number but NO ONE ANSWERS!!! I am told I am the first in the queue but been waiting for 15min. Blady joke!!

01 Feb 2025, 12:27My Private banker called and explained the interest issue and i am satisfied however the service from your Private bank contact centre is extremely poor. Track my calls made to your dept, there was a lady who put me on hold for over 15 minutes. How is this even allowed or tolerated??? This should be dealt with severely. The home loans dept didnt even answer my call even though i was 1st in the queue. Fix your departments else you will lose clients.
