Shocking Service from Standard Bank – Just Trying to Downgrade My Account

I am extremely disappointed with the poor level of service I’ve received from Standard Bank. I’ve been trying to downgrade my account because I’m paying for a package that offers me no real benefit.

Despite several attempts, I keep getting sent from one department to another with no resolution. I’ve spent an unreasonable amount of time on hold—especially with the Retentions Department—resulting in all my mobile minutes being used up.

To make matters worse, my assigned banker doesn’t respond to any of my emails. This complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

All I’m asking for is to downgrade my account—something that should be simple. Instead, I’ve faced delay after delay with zero support.

Standard Bank, please treat this as urgent. I expect proper service and immediate assistance to resolve this matter.
