Shocking service from Standard Bank Deceased Estate Dept Johannesburg

I am writing on behalf of my elderly, frail sister who is in an old age home, just to mention that she was an employee of Std Bank for 40 years! Her husband passed away last year May and the estate has been dragging on and it is not a huge estate, but the service has been absolutely shocking! The conveyancing attorneys acting on behalf of the transfer for the deceased estate have been wonderful but the correspondence between them and Standard Bank deceased estates to just submit a Letter of Cancellation for no bond costs, have been the worst service I have ever come across! Nobody but nobody responds to urgent emails, requests, where are these people in the Deceased Estate Dept in Johannesburg? Do they not work, and fair enough, if they are working from home, of course they are getting their emails!! Where is the work ethic! I am not going to give names, but I have them and you can contact me as this is truly shocking as my 76 year old sister is so stressed and is relying on the money that will be coming from the house transfer and the estate!! I have been a client of Standard Bank for many years, but I am taking away all my business from them and will never recommend them to anybody! How long does it take to write a letter of cancellation of no outstanding bond to the attorneys in order to get the transfer going!! But no communication at all is even more shocking! Could this please get resolved as I am worried about my sister's health as well, as this should have been resolved and not waiting for Std Bank to get back since January for a response!!! Could somebody from the Department in charge of this please respond?

To make things easier for your to follow up, the details are as follows : Estate Late L GJ SERFONTEIN ACC NO *** and the persons dealing with it is Shirley Pillay, she is the Deceased Estate Officer Gloria Sokhela was asked to deal with the letter, the person who the email was directed to was Mariana De Wet then Ms Pillay eventually responded giving Gloria Sokhela the instructions, but no response whatsoever. I did not want to put names on Hello Peter hence the information as set out now. Please please follow up it is a simple letter of cancellation of no outstanding bond in order to start transfer, why is is taking so long. Emails can be accessed from home, we all work from home. I appreciate your feedback and hope this will be sorted as soon as possible, as I mentioned my sister is frail and in an old age home, so time is not on her side.
