Shocking Service form the Standard Bank Deceased Team

My late mum and i have been banking with standard bank for decades. I am sad to report that after mums passing in March 2021, trying to get her accounts closed has become shockingly painful. I have been going back and forth with the Standard Bank Deceased Team (***), and they keep coming back with some issue or other. I have now escalated the matter twice with little success it seems. I have had to take off work go to the high court to get the letter of authority, which i did and submitted with all other docs requested by Std Bank. However the "***" has come several tjmes rejecting the letter - the latest message: Reason : Letter of authority date of approval and stamp date differ The letter from the courts is dated and stamped by the courts and not in my control. Is Standard Bank not aware of the back log at the high courts? I cannot keep taking days off work again, standing for hours in ques outside the court to get another letter of authority that might again be rejected by Standard Bank!! Does Standard Bank not have processes in place to verify the information they are given. Extremely disappointed and seriously considering moving my accounts to a more efficient bank.
