Shocking Service at Standard Bank

I am absolutely disgusted with Standard Bank! Their staff are not trained. There is NEVER a manager on duty. It is a complete waste of time. I walk into Standard Bank lunchtime on a Tuesday. there is no staff on site as they have gone on lunch??? during the busiest time of the day?? no doubt the manager was on lunch too... The team leader who was working "Bukelwa Madikane Montague gardens branch" Had NO idea what she was doing, still used the excuse that the consultants on lunch break and they usually assist with increasing Credit accounts.. How can a team leader not know what she is doing, and be left to manage the floor during the busiest time of day! and not to mention this SO called team leader had no personal hygiene at all! I was absolutely disgusted, only 2 of her nails were painted which were half grown out, the rest were bare and dirty, she had no makeup and hair an absolute mess! I actually took a picture which I cannot load here. This definitely is not the first time I have had a lack of service at Standard Bank. I do not recommend them to anyone!
