Shocking service at Galleria Standard Bank

Standard bank Galleria. ALL functions... picking up cards, draw money, deposit including business deposits and forex. etc. THREE tellers open.18 peòle in the queue inside. 20+ people in the queue outside the bank.... some made to wait in the carpark. So, you can have 3 people doing a business deposit, using al 3 tellers @ about 20 minutes a teller.il I have waited in the queue outside for 1 hour 14 minutes. Mow inside and have 15 people in front of me!! GET MORE STAFF!!Te- open a Business only teller, a forex teller. I am seriously considering moving my account after being a customer for 48 years.i am also a pensioner, that means nothing.
