Shocking "service"
Std bank is absolutely useless. I requested help on the 3rd November to access my account. I was pushed from person to person having to explain my dilemma over and over because people dont read the countless emails I've sent. Only to be told today the account has been closed. Well that's news to me, I certainly never authorized it....I've has it and I'm now going to take this further. Shane on you std bank. Your "customer service " STINKS
