Shocking service
I find Standard Bank to be highly ***********. The ques are endless and the staff are NOT ON TOP OF THEIR GAME. They will have 7 workstations and 2 people no matter what time of the day. It is not my problem that they have closed so many branches. I have entrusted them with my money for decades and the service i receive is pathetic.
