shocking service

what a shocking experience i have had, long story short, app**** for a building loan, they granted this and had to get bond attorneys to registered my house with the added amount. Now that work is done, they will not pay me the funds, the agreement was they would pay after the work is complete and an assessor has been out to sign off. All of this has been done and now they not paying over, i have suppliers who helped by also doing work first any payment after . Now im getting legal threats from them as monies need to be paid. Standard bank you have really put me in the biggest **** ever
