Shocking Rude Service!

I received terrible service from Terry-Ann at the STD Bank branch (Cresta Mall) on 24/4/2015.I tried to withdraw funds from an ABSA Atm (Cresta Mall), the funds did not come out of the ATM, but was deducted from my bank account. At the STD Bank in Cresta mall, I met a very rude Terry-Ann, she did not greet me, I had to greet her. I advised her of what had happened, she then said to me that I should go to Absa branch and there is nothing that she could do. I said to her I am Standard Bank's client, that she should call Absa and sort this out, she refused, saying that she does not have a number for ABSA, I had to eventually google the number and give to her, she spoke to the Lady at Absa, then she rudely said to her can you please explain this to her. When I asked Terry-Ann to relay the message, she said NO, you speak to her (the lady from Absa advised that I must come to the branch). When i got to Absa they said STD Bank should sort it out. Eventually i called the call centre, systems were offline, i was advised that the funds will be reversed, which did happen the foll day. Terry-Anns colleagues also found this incident every amusing. Such a poor impression of std bank!!!!
