Shocking lack of service on basic products
I've tried getting in touch with the *** team for about 1 year now to restructure my mortgage. I've sent countless emails and begged the team to get back to me. I genuinely don't understand if it's incompetence or just lack of care from supposed team leaders. I've explained numerous times that I don't live in SA so they cannot contact me on a SA cell number, I'm baffled why this cannot be done over email. The people who have blatantly ignored emails are as follows: ***, ***, ***.
Please can someone else help as the above teams may need further assistance in doing their basic jobs.
