Shocking home loan department

I'm have been trying to buy a property that currently has a standard bank bond registered over it. The attorney has been trying to make contact with you to cancel the current bond and register mine but standard bank simply doesn't respond so I have been dealing with this for 4 months but enough is enough. It almost look like standard bank purposefully don't respond in order to keep the business.
