SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE SYANDARD BANK!
Such pathetic customer service Standard bank home loans. They know I need the home loan urgently, but they take 2 weeks to decide on my application! Then the evaluator comes out and approves it. Two days later, I'm STILL waiting for official agreement?! Absolutely NO URGENCY from Standard bank. I have been a customer for 50 years! I should have gone to Nedbank!!
