Shocking customer service, Standard Bank

9 times out of 10 over the last year the Standard Bank Auto Bank at St Lucia, Isimangaliso, has been shut/ out of use. Many residents and holiday makers have complained to Standard Bank to no avail! My mom who lives there and who has been banking with Standard Bank all her life is now considering changing to another bank. Poor service Standard Bank. I might be next to move banks!!!!
