Shocking client service

<p>Ref. no: ********** 433- i asked for my will to be released from stantrust two weeks ago and be sent to the Plk square branch so I can review it. According to stantrust, they courired to it Polokwane. I contacted the branch manager asking if they have it and whether i should come collect it. She told me she doesn't know and i should come to the branch and ask all her staff indivudually who signed for it from the courier company as she will not do it and period. I was shocked to say the least and lodged a complaint with their complaints dept. To date i don't have my will. I an definitely going to cancel stantrust as my executioner given the pathetic service of them and their associate company. I'm even thinking that they might have lost it and are still scurrying around for an appropriate answer to give me. So shcoking indeed when you think your valuables are stored securely only to realise it's not the case. How do i the continue to entrust them with my hard earned money????</p>
