Shocking and ********** service!!

Standard bank has blocked my account without informing me for their security, not for my convenience!!! This is really pathetic and highly inconvenient!!!! I noticed the customer care are mostly clueless and don’t resolve issues at hand!!! They must either shape up or I will ship out and use another bank!!
