Shocked with home loan application results

I am very disappointed with the service I have recently received from Standard Bank. Me and my wife is Standard Bank customers for many years, and after this experience decided to move our accounts to Nedbank. We app**** for a home loan through Standard Bank and was only offered a 80% loan. Nedbank who does not even know me, offered me a higher bond and with 1% lower interest than Standard Bank. Why must I stay with a bank who treats their customers so bad???? Pathetic service. GOODBYE STANDARD BANK.
