SHOCKED OR TAMBO BRANCH

Shocking service from Thandeka Mndebele a consultant at your OR Tambo branch. Instead of getting service for what I visited the branch for I got a lesson on "how I should handle my finances." The reason for my visit was to understand why my account was allowed to get to an overdrawn status and ending up getting calls from the collections department as if I authorized those transactions. The consultant didn't even get my name instead she felt the need to give me her two sense. If I need financial counseling I will gladly ask for it. After she failed to assist me she suggested I call the call center and make a loan arrangements. Had she payed attention to what I was requesting she would have picked up that I was there to make an enquiry about my account being overdrawn but she was quick to jump into unnecessary conclusions about my financial standing.

I have been a loyal standard bank client for over two decades and the level of disrespect was uncalled for.
