Shocked at Collections department

After formally approaching Standard Bank with regards to my revolving credit loan last month, the bank consented that I may have a payment break with regards to my loan. I had a dispute at work where I was booked off sick and the company decided on the 21st that my sick leave will be unpaid. Payroll has run already and I received a salary which now I have to repay the company. Standard Bank informed me that I must let my account be empty for the debit order to bounce as they unfortunately cannot stop it. However the debit order ran off the 24th and not the 26th so the debit went off not giving me enough time to remove monies from my account. Crux of the matter is I get transferred to Collections and being cross questioned and inadvertently been told that I am a **** because there is money in my account and I need to pay my debt. I was so angry as this consultant has no knowledge of the underlying issue or is she in a position to tell a client he is lying. She should have stuck to facts and that is the bank can unfortunately not reverse the debit, whether she is of the opinion that I am \lying"or not. Disgusted! """
