I had the pleasure and blessing of getting through to a lady by the name of Shirley Legodi when i called standard bank today.<br> <br> I must say, she deserves a 15 out of 10, she was so patient with me, she was friendly and helpful, made me feel valued, i must say she made it so pleasant to call in.<br> <br> The best part is that she wasn't trying, it just came natural to her.<br> <br> Standard bank you are lucky to have a customer service representative like Shirley Legodi she rocks harder then stones...<br> <br> <br> Keep up that great customer service<br>
