SHE IS A KEEPER

I just spent 45 minutes dealing with the card division and was ready to fling myself off a building because of the lack of service. Ntabiseng and Silofelo your attitudes seriously suck - but this is not about you!<br> Sibongile Mabothla took my call at the Prestige line and I gave her an ear full - I did start off with the fact that I'm sorry she is getting the brunt of it all but then just let loose. Feel like such an idiot!<br> This AMAZING lady let me have my tantrum ... listened and then said she WANTS to help! Do you have any idea how powerful that is? With confidence and such ease she handled the call confirmed ID and then started with the problem - and then so confidently assured me she knows what she is talking about and sorted it all out - when I still had questions she very quickly helped me and so confident - THAT IS AMAZING!<br> We don't want to hear I don't knows or we will get back to you or hold or hold or hold or cut call - I think this lady is an absolute asset - DO NOT LET HER GO! Thank you Sibongile you saved me today! THANK YOU SO MUCH! It means so much to actually hear someone care and want to be good at their job! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!<br> <br>
