Sharing people's bank balances

If I was a standard bank client I wld be very very upset that my banking info (attached sms) is shared with a random person (me). This is going on for 4 yrs now. Each time I report it Standard Bank says they will see to it & never do. Never!!! Just imagine...I'm getting sms's about other people's bank balances. Shocking!!!!
