Shameful

<p>Since I work for one of Standard Bank's subsiduaries, I am technically an employee and thus receive staff rates. I can promise you though, if I were not a staff member, I would not be with Standard Bank. There down time is huge &their customer service is nearly non-existent. I even advise my clients not to go with them.</p>
