Shame on you

My cousins baby of a month and few day was sick and she needed cash to take him to the doctor.

She went to the Standard Bank ATM at Eesteriver Mall by Shoprite.

She requested the amount of R2000 to take her baby to the doctor and pay her boarding.

The machine did not provide her money and it swallowed her bank card.

There is is stranded with a sick baby at an ATM that retained her card n money. She comforted her child n proceeded to try and stop her card for the very first time at the ATM with a crying baby.

Once the card was stopped she walked away to proceed to the neatest branch her cellphone went off and when she checked the R2000 she had requested at the ATM had been deducted from her account.

She was not far from the ATM so went back to see if it had cone out however there was nothing.

She went to the Standard bank branch at Pick n Pay Eesteriver to report the incident and possibly get a new because she still had to take her baby to th doctor n pay her boarding.

There was load shedding and this delayed her being assisted eventually when she did arrive at the enquiries counted the lady which assisted her questioned which made it seem like she did not believe her story.

An investigation was opened and my cousin recieved n sms indicating she will recieve her money by the 28th of this month.

By the 28th she did not recieve the money so she went to the Standard Bank at Zevenwacht mall.

There she had her 13year old son watch the baby while she stood in a line that passed the shop next to the bank.

Once she arrived at enquiries she was told the outcome of the investigation is ***** and she will not be receiving her money back.

They called thr ***** department and they told her the same.

Looks like Standard Bank not only feeds on Elderly woman but also Young Single woman trying to do the best for her Children.

Shame on you!!!
