Dear Team I would like to share my innovative thinking through with the bank Your bank STANDARD BANK has been there for years now i have noted that it is gradually going down with all the rentrenchment going up and down. The first :where are you customers ,a whole lots of ppl are sitting with Loan Sharks because you STANDARD BANK have chase them away Decline for non-apparent reasons ,Your tellers/consultants s****s need to be polished ,They need to go down to the level of those PPL overalls embrace them give them Reason to want to bank with Standard Bank,people can't even buy houses,loans and other products Declined with no options layed on the table for them Forgetting that you STANDARD BANK are benefiting from the BANK CHARGES still from the same ppl you DECLINE ,I could say more but be real WHAT IS HAPPENING MARKETING REVIEWS should be revised don't put up a face as you TOPS whereas your figures are a shame .
