SH IT IVR!!!

I am trying to call your homeloan dept and its ****n impossible to get thru to them!!!! Why is there no direct number to call them???? Why TF must I call your ***yet there is no option to go thru to your HL Dept??!!!! Ive spent almost 30mins just to try and change my debit order date and still I have not gotten to speak to a consultant!!! This is SH IT Service!! Instead of making things simpler you idiots are making things worse!!! I tried calling your CRC and of course there are high call volumes because your service is SH IT and everyone is complaining!!!! NOw, how TF do I change my debit order date if I cannot speak to anyone???? ***
