Severance package

Good morning I signed for an exit package on the 7th June, and was informed by Tumi the HR consultant that as my tax directive was clear I would receive my package on the 20th June...I served my notice period for June...my last day of employment was 30th June. I have sent emails made calls and the response was from Varushka the Manager of HR..waiting for tax directive.. No severance package received Unfair??
