settlement problem

In June when I request Settlement letter form the bank it look them one Month to give me that I end up involved the Car dealer who want to take the car on the 16 of July they got a letter stating that The amount owned is R73585.76 which disagreed due to facts that my Balance on the previous statement was only R 52584.07 so why was it R73585.76 plus had a deal with the dealer for R 53000.00. So the dealer said to me it is not going to work unless i have to pay R 20000.00 I ask the bank for the right figures please my original documents till today they didn't give to me to my surprise in August 2015 They come and took the car during my absence and the bank send me a registered mail stating Notice of sale of Goods Balance account R 51262.04 plus I was not even given chance to go to court regarding this matter. After all I paid for this car for 5 years with joy as the bank refused take the car back when I reported to the that it was fault 3 days after purchased it Standard bank send some to me with me and the dealer. and the vehicle never worked properly since it has been broken and it never save the purpose please help why now they want it back but when i asked them last time they re
