Settlement paid for vehicle - BUT Standard Bank VAF delaying closing off account - more charges

A vehicle was paid off in full in September (25th). Actually, a settlement amount had been given and paid, only to see another amount was required. With all amounts paid, up to now the account is still not closed, vehicle documents are not shared, and there is no response of sense from Standard Bank Vehicle & Asset Finance. Such horrible service.
