Settlement letter
VAF account number :*** Standard Bank is not helping me with my settlement letter. Since last week Friday, they handed my account to McRoberts Incorporated attorneys because I only missed one payment. Now that I want to settle my account, they are sending me from pillar to post. I really need that letter ASAP.
