Settled Vehicle Finance No Vehicle Certificate

I have settled Vehicle Finance with Standard Bank after the car was repossessed. After 3 weeks of I still have not received Vehicle Certificate and Settlement letter, and I can not register the car until I get the certificate and my car licence disk has expired. I am banking with such bad service company and now I am think I need to move away from them as soon as possible.
