Settled Home Loan not Cleared
Writing this as a desperate attempt to get someone at Standard Bank to actually contact me back. I had a home loan with them which was closed and the outstanding amount settled over a year ago and they still haven't closed the account with the debt agencies. It shows as outstanding debt, the whole amount no less, and is massively affecting my borrowing power.
I have been mailing them for months and no one ever replies.
