Settled account still showing as owing

Good day

I settled my Bluebean credit card account a year ago after defaulting for some time on it, since I was unemployed. I paid the amount communicated to me via call centre. Ever since then I have not received a paid up letter and such transaction has not been updated on the bureau.

This is the second attempt and no one seems to care.
